Dartford Borough Council has built a reputation on standing up for local people. Whether it’s our great range of affordable/free events, our fantastic waste collection service, or innovative ideas like the Dartford Larder social supermarket and constructing our own social housing, we listen to what our residents have to say and provide a service that works for them. We also campaign heavily on the things that other councils might say are out of their control, like the desperate need for the Lower Thames Crossing, or the return of Eurostar services to Ebbsfleet International.

Dartford is one of the fastest growing boroughs in the country, fortunately at DBC we find ambitious ways to meet local needs and are proud to work with national and local partners to bring positive change and growth.
