The Procurement is divided into 2 lots: 1.Lot 1 – Security Services – Operational Estate 2.Lot 2 – Security Services – Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children Properties Tenderers may submit Tenders in respect of all lots. There is no limit on the number or value of lots which a Tenderer can be awarded. The contract is anticipated to commence in March 2027, continuing for a period of up to 3 year(s) (36 months) unless terminated in accordance with the proposed Conditions of Contract. It is expected that there will be the potential for a contract extension of up to 2 year(s) (24 months). Kent County Council will be utilising a Competitive Flexible Procedure for this procurement. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be signed and returned via the Kent Business Portal prior to KCC issuing the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) and associated draft tender documents.
