Description:

The contractor will be available for a variety of call out types, from emergency (2-hour attendance) to Priority 5 (28 days), and when necessary, will be able to provide a service for air testing and removals as well as attending sites to survey, test materials and write R&D surveys.
•The asbestos Lot is to provide inspection and testing of council buildings
•identify all asbestos containing materials.
•Provide a management service including a report of condition annually for the sites going forward.
•The surveys are to be made available to TWBC by the contractor using the Councils cloud based asset management software.
•Provide call out service in relation to any asbestos related incidents (within 2hrs)
