Folkestone & Hythe District Council (F&HDC) wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor for the fit-out of a medical centre within Folca 2 in Folkestone’s town centre. This tender will be conducted using a two-stage ‘competitive flexible’ procedure. The contract is anticipated to start April 2027 and continue until September 2028 (with the option to extend to February 2029). The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at Appendix A and Appendix B. By submitting a quotation, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. Complete the following documents and attach them to your online response: * RTP supplier response document; and * a pdf of your Central Digital Platform profile information. |
