However, if the submissions received and scores attained for this Lot are not in the best interest of the Council, they will continue to appoint a winner from the highest combined score for Lot 1 and a further contract to the winner from the highest combined score for Lot 2. The decision with regards to appointment of a single contract within Lot 3 is at the total discretion of the Council.
