Folkestone and Hythe District Council, Dover District Council and Thanet District Council joint tender to award concession agreements for the provision of pest control services to the residents of the districts and the councils' Environmental Protection teams. The contract is anticipated to start 4 January 2027 and continue for a period of 3 years (with the option to extend for two years). 1.1.2This tender will be conducted as a ‘special regime contract’ in accordance with section 10 (6) (a) of the Procurement Act 2023. This is a joint tender exercise between Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Dover District Council, and Thanet District Council. A single shared supplier will be selected for all three councils, but awarded a separate contract by each council individually.
